Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Product was not delivered
- File is corrupted and cannot be fixed
- Wrong product was delivered
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Subscription misuse
- Violation of terms
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if misuse or abuse is detected.
